Please find attached a letter of invitation to Nablus to sister with Boulder and for you to visit Boulder, Colorado for a ceremonial signing of a Partnership Agreement between our two cities.
In the letter you may notice that I have used the country designation for Nablus to be Palestinian Territories. This decision was based on counsel from the Vice President of Sister Cities International due to the delicate nature of this particular relationship. I am very hopeful that you and the citizens of Nablus take no offense at the use of this designation.
